John arrived bang on time to attend to my patio doors which were increasingly difficult (one was impossible) to open as a result of the very hot weather. He sorted the problem quickly & efficiently! Friendly and professional!! Recommended 100%!!

Would highly recommend John and his son without a doubt! They popped round to inspect the issue we were having.

We had others, before speaking to John, who said only new windows would solve the issue or costly fixes etc.

However, it seems that a little DIY from myself would solve it. John took the time to explain what I needed to do and where I could get the items. I personally think this speaks volumes that John gave me some advice and pointers on what to do and that I didn’t need his services.

Honest, friendly and knowledgeable, will certainly used again!

John and his son made a wonderful job of repairing a window that wouldn’t open and a patio (french door) that had a locking problem. Arrived on time to inspect the job and gave us a price there and then. They turned up on the day we were booked in to have the job done and at the time given. Very clean and tidy reliable company. This is a very reliable Man… He came round mine measured my broken window… gave me a really good price a date and time when he could do it…. Sure to his word he did the job and did it perfectly… You would not even have know there had been a broken window there when he had finished… Well done john you are a man I will certainly use again and tell others to use….

John Claxton, the window repair man, has just replaced a conservatory roof for me and has done an excellent job, he started the work on the agreed date. This was a two day job so before leaving on the first day the roof was secured and apertures were sealed, the work was concluded on the following day, all debris was removed as agreed.
I would recommend John without hesitation.

I have just had my UPVC door repaired by The Window Repair Man; John moved and adjusted a hinge as previously the door was ‘sticking’ in the frame. John quickly identified the problem and solved it! Because John sorted the problem easily, it has saved us a lot of money, as we had previously thought we might need a new door. It was obvious that John is a very experienced professional tradesman; excellent professional and courteous service from start to finish!

John and his son Jonnie came to repair a patio door for me this morning. They arrived at 8.30. and the work was completed by 9.15. A very professional job, all debris cleaned away and removed.
